The goal of this multi-day, hands-on training is to review current F&B trends, emerging trends, regional cuisine, vendor options, sustainable food sources, farm to table options, organic & all natural options.

Following the training and collaboration, chefs work together to create a seasonal menu that encompasses all aspects of the Collaborative Cullinaire.
